On 14/12-1935 at 15:00 hrs Karl Heinz Purche landed in HA 135 D-EKEN werknummer 2102 in a field 200 m south of Flenburg-Chausseen, Padburg. He had started from Staarken in Berlin at 10:45 for a flight to Kiel but got lost and ran out of fuel.

He bought 20 liters of petrol ant took off at 16:20 for Flensburg. At approx. 16:40 he crashlanded near Padburg/Frøskev as he had run out of fuel again.

The plane was transportet to Flensburg on 16/12-35.

The plane belonged to Fliegerlandesgruppe III Hamburg. Purche was born on 6/4-1915. He had certificate no 1126 issued 8/11-1935 in Berlin.
